It is rather annoying that all SQL queries are lost when closing Squel. A simple load and save function for .sql files would be great!

I see that to work with multiple SQL Servers simultaneously with SQUEL, I need to run SQUEL in multiple instances, which is fine. When I do that, it would be useful to see which server I'm currently connected to in each instance of SQUEL without needing to click on the "Connect" button. Perhaps the current server name could be diplayed on or near the "Connect" button or perhaps on the right side of the page near where it says "Database:"

When I display the contents of a table in the grid, it's great that I can modify data and add new records. To be a complete data editor, it should also allow deleting records.

Why only 1 grid for different queries? I want to switch between results without one getting overwritten.

If you have defined the Schemas in SQL Server 2005 and you have table names based on them like the Application.Settings, or Customer.LoginInfo then the application will not display the data for these tables.

Usually when I use Squel, I'm in a hurry to run an ad-hoc query. When I open, I'd like to see the database list in the left tab that transforms back to the object list when a database is selected. I find having to click on the database dropdown list cumbersome.

Hide the black vertical line from text editor

I got a long sql query (backup a database) and it always fail due to connection timeout. Or may be a conf file is enough.

When I run a query with a large number of field and I need to scroll to the right/left, the grid doesn't scroll in real-time. This makes it difficult to find my result.

The MS SQL Management Studio UI is really confusing when it comes to performance tuning. It would be great if Squel could offer something a little more user friendly.

Display a wait icon while loading a stored procedure (to modify it). Would be nice to have instead of "freezing" the entire program until procedure text is retrieved. Especially when working with remote servers overseas on lower bandwidth

Great program, I'm finding it a bit fiddly to 'grab' the splitter between the data and code panes. If it was larger/easier to grab it would help a lot.

Ctrl-Tab and ShIft-Ctrl-Tab would be very nice to have as it would have more accordance with other programs that use this combo.
